Coram Deo Academy  (Pennsville, New Jersey):

Please be aware that while there are numerous schools named “Coram Deo Academy” across different states, our institution in Pennsville, New Jersey stands unique. We are a traditional, physical school, not an online school. Thank you! 

Admissions Status:

• The Application for this coming year, 2024/25 (school year beginning September 2024) is now open.  
• For the following school year, school year 2025/26 (starting September 2025), the Application opens on the first day of school, September 2024 (one year early) at 6 am. Applications and positions are available, notwithstanding, on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified applicants only. 
• For preschool admissions, we require that children must be at least 2.5 years old. For Junior Pre Kindergarten Preschool, your child must be 4 years old by October 1st of the year to attend. Each class requires a minimum attendance of THREE days per week. If your child is younger, you are still welcome to apply, but please note that acceptance will be based on space availability after older applicants have been admitted.
  • Morning Session arrival begins at 8:30 AM; class begins at 9 AM - Dismissal at 12:15 PM
  • Full Day Session arrival begins at 8:30 AM; class begins at 9 AM - Dismissal at 3:30 PM
• If your child has attended Coram Deo Academy previously, or if you’ve previously filled out an application, you will not need to create a new application.  Contact Coram Deo Academy to reactivate your old application.  Current Coram Deo Academy students re-enroll in the spring and do not need to reapply.  

Application: Preschool / Elementary Classroom Selections (including siblings of current students)

Coram Deo Academy accepts applications throughout the academic year.  The process & timeline for new applicants is as follows:

• The first day of school: Applications for the following year are accepted (i.e. one year in advance).   
• All year long: Applications may be submitted for the current school year or the next school year. The date of application will be recorded but will not necessarily determine acceptance or priority.  
• March 1: Re-enrollment of current students for the coming year.  
• New Enrollment:  submitted applications for grades Pre K-6 will be processed starting in March.  (note that applications may be submitted starting in September but will be processed as received).  PK applications may be processed earlier since re-enrollment is not a factor.  Coram Deo Academy will contact parents to set up an interview.  

Tuition and Financial Information:

The application fee is $50.  If you are accepted, you enroll through FACTS and pay the registration fee (see below) to confirm acceptance and save the seat.  If you anticipate a problem paying the registration fee, please contact Elizabeth Rehmer in the Administrative offices at (856) 376-3460 to work out an alternative arrangement.  

Yearly payment arrangements: Parents may choose 12 equal payments beginning on July 1 of the current school year or 10 equal payments beginning on September 1 of the current school year. Payments can be mailed over the summer. However, FACTS is the preferred method of payment. Tuition invoices will be submitted to you by June 1 of the current school year. Families can choose the payment arrangement that works best for them. (If you do not choose, your default enrollment will be the 10-month program.)

• Preschool Morning Session - $36.00/day - arrival begins at 8:30 AM. Class begins at 9 AM - Dismissal at 12:15 PM.
• Preschool Full Day Session - $46.00/day - arrival begins at 8:30 AM. Class Begins at 9 AM - Dismissal at 3:30 PM. 
• Kindergarten - 6th Grade - $6,875/yearly

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee schedule is as follows for each grade offered and includes each grade's specific curriculum and school supplies for the current calendar year. These fees are due upon application and are a non-refundable security for your child's seat in our classroom. The registration and fees for the 2024 - 2025 school year are:
